Weiss Properties, Inc has acted as a receivership to over 1000 residential and commercial properties in the Chicagoland area. We are a driving force behind the city’s Troubled Buildings Initiative, a partnership between the Community Investment Corporation and the City of Chicago. We have represented banks, trustees, and management to improve turnaround and disposition on a variety of troubled asset portfolios.
Our current portfolio includes buildings with office and flex space available to lease, a distillery, and a senior housing community.
